After sixty (60) days, you or PurityLabs may initiate arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

If you and PurityLabs do not resolve the dispute through informal negotiations, any further attempt to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively through binding arbitration as described in this section. You waive the right to litigate (or participate as a party or class member) any disputes in court before a judge or jury. The dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party may request interim relief from a competent court, if necessary, to protect the rights or property of the party pending the completion of the arbitration. All legal, accounting, and other costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the prevailing party shall be borne by the non-prevailing party.
