Return Policy Based on Delivery Date:

Our return policy is based on the delivery date to ensure fairness and transparency. If an item is still in transit during the 30-day return period, we will take this into account and allow returns. Please note: the return period starts on the day the item is delivered to the specified address.

Under What Circumstances Do We Offer Returns?

• To cancel an order: Contact our customer service team before the order is shipped to cancel it. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Damaged Upon Arrival: Check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately with a description and photos. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.
• Manufacturing Defects or Breakage After Use (Warranty): Contact customer service for manufacturing defects or issues within the warranty period. We will guide you through the warranty claim process for repair, replacement, or refund.
• Changed Your Mind: Return the item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and packaging. Contact customer service to initiate the return process.
• For an Exchange: Follow the return process as described in section 4. Once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
• Received the Wrong Product: Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong product. We will arrange for a return and ship the correct product at no extra cost once the returned item is received.

Starting a Return:

• Contact Us: Send an email to help@puritylabs.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
• Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with a return label if applicable.
• Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the item is in its original condition, and follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping to the return address.
• Required Documents: Include a copy of the return authorization and, if necessary, photos to support your claim.
• Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-cancelled subscription policy
Any recurring subscription orders made that haven't been cancelled more than 24 hours before renewal are non-refundable under any and all circumstances, apart from if given explicit approval from PurityLabs. In order to receive a refund for these items, you must return your item(s) in the same condition that you received it - unused, in its original packaging.
